Carrie Underwood is now a married woman after her wedding to Mike Fisher during the weekend. The couple wed at the Ritz Carlton located in Greensboro, Georgia on Saturday and pictures have started to come out showing the beautiful Carrie Underwood wedding dress.

Underwood sold the pics of her wedding to People magazine and in them we can see a happy Carrie truly enjoying the day of her wedding, which was simply beautiful according to sources who attended the event.

Her wedding dress was designed by Monique Lhuillier, and is made with Chantilly lace and silk organza.  You can check it out on the picture above in which she appears next to new husband Fisher.  Carrie also spoke to the magazine about her wedding dress:

“The wedding dress was huge,” Carrie said. “I wanted to get my boogie on, so I had to change.”

Well what can we say, the dress does look big, but it is a “beautiful big”.  All the flowers in the wedding were pink and white to match the colors worn by the bride.  Even her dog was dressed for the occasion with a pink tuxedo.
